This summer I am going to do my first summer intensive ballet camp audition. I am going to audition for Ballet Austin. I hope it will be a good experience because it will be my first audition. My friend Sabrina auditioned for it last year and got in and said that she had a very good experience. She was to young to stay in the dormatory so her mother rented an apartment for 3 weeks (the length of the program.) My teacher Ms. Gayle Corkery of the Gayle Corkery School of Ballet. She has encouraged the girls in my class to audition for this camp if it is our first time to do a ballet intensive in the summedr. If I get in my mom might not let me go just because it is my first time to go away. I have never gone to summer camps or anything. If I don't get in my teacher told me that it is still good to audition because then I know the experience and I can just try again next year.
My friend Ellee went to a school called Bosov in Maine and she sort of liked it. She liked it because she was taught by a Russian teacher and that teacher tought her a lot of things. She did not like it because the Russian teacher was extremely rude. I am not sure if this is true but she said that if you got one part of the combination wrong than you had to sit out for the rest of the day.
